CONCERNING THE MATTER OF KRIM'S EVICTION FROM 500 E. TYLER PKWY.

 BECAUSE OF A RECENT LOCAL NEWSPAPER ARTICLE CLAIMING THE LANDLORDS OF THE KMOG BUILDING EVICTED KRIM FROM THE PREMISES WITH ONLY A FEW WEEKS NOTICE ETC., THEY FEEL THE ACTUAL TRUTH SHOULD BE MENTIONED, SINCE THE NEWSPAPER IS NOT INTERESTED IN IT FOR WHATEVER PERSONAL REASON. 

SIMPLY ASK YOURSELF...  

WOULD  Y O U  LET SOMEONE MAINTAIN AN OFFICE (WHICH EXPANDED TO MUCH MORE THAN JUST ONE OFFICE, INCLUDING TRANSMITTER AND NORMALLY EXPENSIVE TOWER SPACE),  IN YOUR BUILDING IF THEY REFUSED TO PAY ANY RENT OR UTILITIES FOR OVER SEVERAL YEARS?  KRIM WAS ASKED MANY TIMES, ESPECIALLY IN THE PAST MONTHS BEFORE  LEGAL ACTION WAS EVER SOUGHT, TO PLEASE START PAYING RENT, AND AT THE VERY LEAST PAY THEIR PART OF THE UTILITIES, IF THEY WERE GOING TO BE ALOWD TO STAY.   THEY STILL REFUSED TO PAY ANYTHING AT ALL, EVEN A FRACTION OF THEIR UTILITIES.  

IN ACTUALITY, KRIM HAD PLENTY OF WARNINGS BEFORE THE OFFICIAL NOTICE BECAME NECESSARY.  AND HAD THEY MADE THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE, IN A TIMELY FASHION, THEY WOULD NEVER HAD TO BE OFF THE AIR.

KRIM WAS ABLE TO MOVE THEIR OFFICE TO ANOTHER PLACE IN WHICH THEY CAN RESIDE RENT FREE, BOTH KRIM AND KMOG ARE ABLE TO GROW IN THEIR OWN DIRECTIONS, & KRIM IS WISHED ONLY WELL.
